Install Ollama
For local AI: install Ollama for Windows and download at least one model. Everything else works without it.

Pick your theme
Start XASI Desk, click the theme button for Dark, Light or Auto, and set your city, voice and accent colour.

Windows asks for administrator rights to install into Program Files\XASI. The desktop shortcut is on by default. Upgrading keeps your settings, theme and conversations. The installer is not digitally signed; Windows may show a SmartScreen warning.
